5:30pm: Walk to Holy Cross Immaculata for Mass, Confessions, Adoration

8am: Walk to Holy Cross Immaculata for Mass
9am: Breakfast deliciousness
10-11am: Session about grief healing
11-12pm: SoulCore Sorrowful Mysteries
12-1pm: Lunch deliciousness
1-3pm: Personal quiet time, read, hot tub
3-4pm: SoulCore Divine Mercy Chaplet
4-6pm: Vision board creation

Wednesday:
7-8am: Pack up, breakfast fruit and snack bars available

9-9:30am: Circle sharing and blessing
9:30-10am: Adios (literally translates: "to God")

Incorporate holistic wellness into your Lenten journey this year! This Women's Rosary Retreat is hosted by Jonnah Popek. She has a Master's degree in Ministry and is passionate about providing healing spaces for spiritual renewal. Jonnah is also a certified SoulCore leader, combining strengthening and stretching with the prayer of the Rosary.

What will we be eating?
Whole food, gluten free, plant-based deliciousness will be provided.
**Fresh and dried fruit, nuts, snack bars, and water will be available throughout the whole retreat.
Monday:
- Lunch: Summer rolls
- Dinner: Zucchini pasta with vegan alfredo
Tuesday:
- Breakfast: Smoothie bowls
- Lunch: Romaine taco boats
- Dinner: Cauliflower sushi
Wednesday:
- Breakfast: Fresh fruit and breakfast bars
What to bring?
- Comfy clothes for movement
- Casual / dress clothes for Masses
- Swimsuit for spa (towels provided)
- Bible, spiritual reading, journal, pen
- Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided)
- Your beautiful soul!
What is the parking situation?
- There are 2 driveways available, which can park up to 3 cars. Street parking is usually plentiful and convenient as well. Otherwise, there is a parking garage up the street. You should not need transportation at all during the retreat
What if I'm new to the Rosary?
All spiritual and physical fitness levels are welcome! This is a beginner-friendly retreat.
